With over 20 years of experience in board governance and organizational development at the helm of national organizations and not-for-profits, France brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She holds an MA in Professional Communications and a CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation from the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE). Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Governance Committee on the Board of the CSAE, where she is deeply involved in strategic planning initiatives. France provides all services in both English and French.
